Nana's Musical Dreams Quilt
Details: I created this quilt in honor of my mother's 70th Birthday. Our musical heritage can be traced to my great-grandmother who began the legacy of pianist in our family. This quilt depicts our love of music and quilting. Happy Birthday, Mom!!

Please notice the border featuring the piano keyboard with roses surrounded by scalloped flowers. Inside the piano border is a floral motif encasing treble clefs and flowers. Two swirling borders surround the innermost quilting design of treble clefs and lattice. Roses and flowers are sprinkled throughout the quilt.
AWARDS: This quilt received First Place in the 2009 Dixie Class Fair Wholecloth Division. This quilt also received First Place in the 2010 Forsyth Piecers and Quilters Guild Show in the Mixed Technique Category.
